New Gear For 2022

Michael Hughes / Friday, December 10, 2021

2022 is just around the corner. Low inventory and supply chain issues continue to be a problem but there is still new gear coming soon. Here are a couple pieces of new gear for 2022.

Hyside Throw Bags

There are lots and lots of throw bags out there to choose from. Some good, some in the middle, and some not so good. Hyside is in the process of building two new excellent choices to choose from. One will be a waist style bag and one just a stand alone bag. Keep a look out for these two bags coming in the future.

NRS Gore-Tex Dry Suit

NRS dry suits are stepping up their game for 2022 with the addition of Gore-Tex. The only Gore-Tex suits on their site right now are a search and rescue option, but check back soon for more River user options.

Apls Mountaineering Chair

I am a big fan of the many options of light weight camp chairs out there on the market. They are light, pack up small, and really comfortable. The new Apls Mountaineering Simmer Lounge Chair is a great option if you need to replace your old tired camp chair.

Hyside Thawrt Bag

A thwart bag can be a great addition to your paddle boat. Need a place for keep water bottles? What about your safety kit? Easily strap down your pump? Get a thawrt bag. Hyside has this awesome one with space to keep some gear and easily strap down a k-pump.
