Some of the Questions that Zach covered in the Q&A section of this episode

Topic: Oar Tethers

I've heard a variety of opinions regarding oar tethers. Some say oar tethers made of webbing could cause a boat to get stuck, so they recommend a small diameter rope that will break if that happened. I've heard others say that likelihood of that is low and using a small diameter rope is too much of a risk of breaking and losing the oar. I've watched your older video about oar tethers, but just curious if your opinion has changed and what your company uses. Always appreciate the information and all of your videos!

Topic: Raft Step

I am contacting Oregon guides such as yourself to get some thoughts and reactions to this product.

Topic: High Water PFD

Do you have any experience with the NRS Rapid Responder PFD? Can you compare it to the Bigwater Guide
? The Rapid Responder doesn't have pockets, which is my (literal) hang up with the Guide. Slightly less floatation but i'm not a big guy.
